what is the hotel price?
The total room rate is $271.67 per night (including taxes and resort fees). If you have any questions, please contact us.
Hotel Credit Card Authorization Notice
A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival (by 12:00 PM). At check-in, guests will need to present a physical card for the remaining room balance and taxes, along with a $100 per day authorization for incidentals, which will be released upon check-out.
All attendees — including Prepaid, Scholarship, and EUB — are required by the hotel to provide a credit card at the time of booking for incidentals.
how do i get there?
Fly into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), approximately 10 miles (20-25 minutes) from the conference site. Transportation is provided to/from the airport and hotel on specified travel days (Monday, 9/21 and Friday, 9/24). Shuttle times will be announced soon.
