When are the dates for the 2026 IPS Users Conference?

Monday, September 21 – Thursday, September 24, 2026.

When does registration open?

  • Early Bird: June 1 – June 22
  • General: June 23 – July 23
  • Late: July 24 – August 7

When does registration close?

Registration closes on August 7. No registrations will be accepted after this date.

What is the group’s special room rate?

The total room rate is $262.09 per night, including taxes and resort fee.

How do I reserve a room at the hotel?

After completing registration, you’ll receive a confirmation page with a link to book your room within the conference block.

What is the difference between a prepaid registration and a paid in-person registration?

Prepaid registrations (included in maintenance contracts) cover airfare, hotel, transportation, meals, networking events, and access to all sessions and trainings.
Paid in-person registrations (outside the contract) include access to sessions, certificate classes, trainings, meals, and networking events, but do not include airfare or hotel.

Is there a dress code for any of the events?

Business casual is recommended for daytime sessions and classes.
Evening events are smart casual.
The Thursday Banquet Dinner will have a theme announced via email prior to the event.

Is there transportation on travel days?

Yes, a shuttle will run between the venue and airport on Monday, September 21, and Friday, September 25.
Shuttle times will be announced soon.

What meals are included in my conference registration?

  • Monday, September 21: Dinner only
  • Tuesday–Thursday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus snack breaks throughout the day

Am I allowed to bring a guest, and will that be an additional cost?

What is the nearest airport?

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), about 10 miles (20–25 minutes) from the venue.

What dates/times should I schedule my travel?

Plan to arrive Sunday or Monday and depart Friday morning.

  • Badge Pickup: Monday, September 21, 1–5 PM
  • Welcome Reception: Monday, September 21, 6:30 PM
  • Final Event: Banquet Dinner, Thursday evening, September 24

How do prepaid and scholarship attendees arrange for airline travel?

After registration, a travel agency representative will contact you to confirm booking.

How do general attendees arrange airline travel?

General attendees should book flights through their preferred travel service or airline.

How do I register if conference passes are included in my maintenance contract?

Your agency POC should have received an email with a unique registration code for prepaid registrants.
If you did not receive a code or encounter an error, please 
contact us.

What is the cancellation policy if I need to cancel my registration?

Registrations are transferable but non-refundable.
After August 14, cancellations without a replacement attendee will incur charges for both registration and hotel.
