how to download

Step 1: Download the EventsGo app from your device’s app store:

  • Apple App Store (iPhone)
  • Google Play Store (Android)

Step 2: Once installed, open the EventsGo app on your mobile device.

Step 3: Sign In with Your Registration Email

  • When prompted, enter the email address you used to register for the IPS Users Conference.

Step 4: You’re In!

  • That’s it! Once you enter your registration email, you’ll have access to the full conference experience—including the agenda, session details, and event updates.

AGENDA

View the full conference agenda in one place, including all daytime and evening sessions throughout the week.
Browse session details, times, and locations so you can easily plan what you want to attend.

MY AGENDA

Create your own personalized schedule.
When viewing the Agenda, simply add sessions you’re interested in, and they’ll appear in your My Agenda tab—making it easy to see everything you’ve selected at a glance.

NETWORKING

Connect with fellow attendees directly in the app.
Use the Networking tab to:

  • Search for attendees by name or company
  • Reach out and start conversations
  • Make connections before, during, and after the conference

book a meeting

1:1 Meetings

Navigate to the networking tab to browse attendee profiles and request 1:1 meetings with other attendees. Once you click on someone's profile you can click "Book a meeting" and select a location, date, and time. The other person will then receive your meeting request and can confirm through their app. Once a meeting has been confirmed it will appear on both of your agendas.

Each demo is limited to one agency, with up to 10 agency representatives permitted to attend. 

Interested in learning more about a specific IDEMIA Public Security solution? Attendees can reserve a private product demonstration with an IDEMIA subject matter expert (SME) directly through the EventsGO app.

Demo Details

  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Available Times:
    • Wednesday, September 23rd: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
    • Thursday, September 24th: 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
  • Products Available: 13 IDEMIA Public Security solutions
    • SMART-E Kiosk, TPE 6 LiveScan, AirPalm/One Look 2, MBC/MBC Pro, CARES, Canada’s Intellibook, STORM (ABIS, L-PX, Case AFIS), MBIS 6: STORM Evolution, MBIS 6: JPS International (On-Prem), Augmented Vision with Drone First Responder, ID2Pass, Face Expert, MBIS Face Detective)
  • Multiple demos may occur simultaneously, with a dedicated IDEMIA SME assigned to each product.

How to Book a Demo

  1. Open the EventsGO app.
  2. Select Demos from the Tool Bar along the bottom of the app.
  3. Navigate to the product you would like to learn more about and click Book Demo.
  4. Secure demo by clicking the Calendar Icon

Once added to your calendar, the demo will appear on your personal conference agenda, and the selected product/time slot will no longer be available for other attendees to reserve. Each demo is limited to one agency, with up to 10 agency representatives permitted to attend.

Important Notes

  • Demo space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Each product and time slot can only be reserved by one attendee at a time.
  • If you no longer plan to attend your demo, please cancel it by opening the demo and unselecting the Calendar Icon as soon as possible so the time slot can be made available to another attendee.

We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred product and time slot.
