Tuesday, September 22nd

Join us for the Experience Center opening night where you’ll have the opportunity to take a deep dive into our cutting-edge solutions through one-on-one interactions with the team members who spearheaded the solutions’ evolutions. Enjoy drinks and a buffet-style dinner as you interact with all our products, solutions, and subject matter experts.

Wednesday, September 23rd

• (6:30PM - 9:00PM) Classic Adventure (Interactive Scavenger Hunt)
  • Step into a high-energy, team-based adventure that combines elements of a scavenger hunt, trivia, and creative challenges. Teams will explore the property, solve clues, complete photo/video missions, and compete for points in an engaging, fast-paced experience.
  • Timeline:
    • 6:30PM- Meet in Grand Ballroom (Fiesta Ballroom) to create teams and review how the game works
    • 6:45PM- The adventure begins!
    • 8:45PM- Meet back in Grand Ballroom (Fiesta Ballroom) for wrap-up
    • 9:30PM- Adventure Game judging over
• (7:00PM - 8:30PM) Game Show Experience
  • Join a lively, hosted game show featuring a mix of trivia, challenges, and interactive mini-games inspired by classic TV formats. With fast-paced rounds, team competition, and plenty of laughs, this experience keeps everyone engaged from start to finish.
  • Timeline:
    • 7:00PM- Meet in Grand Ballroom (Fiesta Ballroom) to form teams and get the games started!
    • 8:30PM- End of game show 
• (7:30PM - 9:30PM) Karaoke on Starlight Terrace

  • Unwind under the Palm Springs sky and take the stage. Whether you're showcasing your vocal talent or cheering on colleagues, this relaxed evening offers a fun, social atmosphere to connect, laugh, and enjoy great music with fellow attendees.

• (6:00PM - 10PM) Live music throughout the night on the patio/courtyard

No transportation will be provided for off-site excursions.

Thursday, September 24th

The theme of our highly anticipated closing banquet is Red Carpet! Join us for a festive night where guests can enjoy delicious food and drinks, engage in fun games, and dance the night away as we celebrate a successful event. 

Please note: All attendees must be 21 or older

Attire: Dress to Impress with Old Hollywood Attire or dress as your favorite movie character from the 1920s-1960s. We encourage guests to dress as classic icons — Marilyn Monroe in her white dress, Audrey Hepburn with pearls, or James Dean in a retro leather jacket.
