Mr. Collins a Vice President of Public Safety with Mission Critical Partners, LLC (MCP). He leads the Critical Solutions practice area and has served over 30 states with large-scale improvements to computerized criminal history (CCH) systems, automated biometric identification systems (ABIS), message switching systems (MSS), and related subsystems. His client engagements are driven by an overarching need to provide more service and capabilities from smaller, more uncertain budgets, better user experiences, integration, business continuity, and a nationwide need for criminal records completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
