Attendees will receive some important information about the aspects of facial identification as it applies to one’s testimony in courts of law.  Attendees will have some read ahead assignments as they will be expected to answer some typical direct, cross and voir dire testimony questions pursuant to the element of facial identification.  The workshop will also summarize some case law that has impacted the discipline and provided some gravitas for future adjudications involving facial analysis.
