Thomas serves as an Information and Business Product Manager at INTERPOL’s General Secretariat in Lyon, with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement. He supports the enhancement of INTERPOL’s biometric services, including the development and deployment of the INTERPOL Biometric Hub, a screening tool that enables law enforcement to search INTERPOL’s Fingerprint and Facial Recognition databases. He also facilitates the integration of Biometric Hub Web Services by INTERPOL Member Countries via B2B channels. His efforts contribute to stronger international police cooperation and more effective operational policing.
