Mary Jackson began her career at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in November of 2018. Since then, she has held a variety of roles within the Crime Information Bureau. In her current role as Bureau Chief over the Crime Information Bureau, Mary and her team oversee the Multi-Biometric Identification Solution (MBIS) system and the Computerized Criminal History repository for the state of Florida.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The College of Charleston and a Master of Arts in Social Science with a focus in Criminal Justice from The Citadel.
