Chris is based in Oklahoma City and has been with IDEMIA for the past five years, initially supporting the Oklahoma City Police Department. He now serves as Manager of Sustaining Engineering Team 7, where he leads efforts across the U.S. West region focused on ensuring system reliability and driving continuous improvement for customer solutions. With over 10 years of customer-focused systems engineering experience, Chris has established a strong track record of balancing operational excellence, stakeholder expectations, and ongoing innovation.
