Dr. Katie Casper is the Latent Print Technical Manager at the Tulsa Police Department Forensic Laboratory with over 10 years of experience. During her time at TPD, Katie earned her PhD from Oklahoma State University and serves as an adjunct faculty member for Oklahoma State University’s Graduate School of Forensic Sciences. Aside from her normal duties as supervisor, the rest of her energy is devoted to her passion project - cold case revitalization utilizing biometrics.
