Christine Schultz is an experienced biometric and forensic professional with more than 15-years of service supporting federal, state, and local agencies in the deployment and operation of critical identity systems. Her background includes roles with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Cleveland Police Department, and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, where she built deep expertise in friction ridge forensics, biometric workflows, and evidence processing.

As a Technical Training Specialist III at IDEMIA Public Security North America, Christine develops and delivers specialized instruction on IDEMIA’s biometric platforms, including MBIS and STORM ensuring customers can effectively operate and adopt advanced identification technologies. She provides on‑site, virtual, remote and eLearning training, supports Engineers, and collaborates with Product and Development teams to align user needs with system capabilities.

Christine’s technical background spans fingerprint and latent print examination, facial biometrics, evidence processing, photography, livescan processing and private/public partnerships. She is committed to enhancing customer readiness, operational accuracy, and system performance across the public safety community.
