This session provides a practical and approachable overview of the updated FBI CJIS Security Policy (v6.1) along with NIST recommendation to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) that supports the protection of Criminal Justice Information.
This presentation will discuss Authentication Assurance Level 2 (AAL2), and introduce phishing-resistant authentication options such as PIV and FIDO.
