This presentation explores how capturing of complete and accurate suspect biometrics and biographics upon arrest protects our vulnerable population from those intent on doing them harm.  This session highlights how the important work of livescan operators, booking personel, and ID technicians is a critical component to ensuring that bad actors are not given access to our childern, elderly, and other vulneralble persons.
